Care Notes for Viking Hoods, Cooktops and Rangetops

Most of what stops a hood pulling or a burner burning clean is grease and grit in the wrong place. These notes cover the few jobs an owner can do safely, in order, and where each one stops. Nothing here needs a ladder, a gas fitting or a panel off.
