A small shop that only works on Viking
One brand, four appliance families, one plateau. Narrow enough that we see the same failures often enough to recognise them from the phone call.
Viking Repair Sammamish is an independent repair shop covering Sammamish and the neighbourhoods around it. We are not a dispatch network reselling your call to whoever is free — the person who takes the details is the person who decides which parts go on the van.
Viking equipment is built to be rebuilt. Professional ranges in particular are worth keeping going for decades, and the failures that stop them are usually specific, cheap and well understood. Most of what we do is telling people which of those it is, and proving it with a meter rather than a parts-cannon.

We measure before we quote
Manifold pressure on gas, amp draw on elements, actual cavity temperature against setpoint. A quote written off a symptom description is a guess, and guesses get billed to you twice.

Built for plateau kitchens
Most Sammamish Viking installs are panel-ready and boxed into custom cabinetry. We pull them, work them and set them back without marking the stiles — that is a skill, not an afterthought.

The common parts ride with us
Spark modules, igniters, bake and broil elements, evaporator fans, thermistors, door gaskets, drain pumps and wash-arm bearings. Roughly two in three repairs finish on the first visit.

We will tell you to stop
If a thirty-year-old unit needs a control board worth more than its replacement value, we say so on the spot. Talking someone out of a repair costs us a job and keeps the phone ringing.
